Communication: The communications were excellent, and we were very impressed with the arrangements. Our tour guide kept us informed at all time, communicated with us when ever possible and were always available to help when needed.

Tour Guide: 10/10 I would like to compliment our tour guide highly about his qualities of knowledge of the tour and ability to educate us. He was also very charming, entertaining, fun, engaging and extremely accommodating. Five star services. In addition, he has a wide experience and knowledge in all the areas, a constant source of conversation, information and pleasure. 
I’m sure the rest of the group would say the same as I have spoken to them while on the tour, everyone seems very happy with his services and he made the trip very enjoyable.  Excellent and well chosen by Vietravel. I will definitely request for his tour again or another tour that he is guiding next time I travel with Vietravel.

Tour: The arrangement of the tour was great, well planned and organized. The places we visit were enjoyable and interesting. Our tour guide made sure we were happy with the schedule and allow us enough time, he told us things we needed to know before visiting a site. Very good time management and information by our tour guide.

Transport: Our bus was good, bus driver worked hard. Always on time. Our tour guide was very caring, made sure curtains are closed for us to sleep, air-conditioner is on for comfort and made every stop for toilet break on request. He even played music and shows to entertain us.

Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation was excellent, hotel services was good. Room was clean and spacious. All our meals on the tour were delicious and fulfilling, there were a variety of choice and plenty to go around.

Overall it was a very enjoyable trip, thank you to our tour guide. I would recommend this tour with Vietravel and especially with Long Nguyen as the tour guide. We are planning to holiday in Vietnam again soon and would be interested in other tours with Long Nguyen as our tour guide, hopefully he does other tour as well. Our next destination would be Hanoi, Korea and Japan. I hope that Long Nguyen is part of these tour as he is highly recommended.
